Project Abstract
The Inside Out program at Stateville is geared towards both “inside” and “outside” university students that collaborate and discuss on various topics within the social justice realm. The population being served at the internship site are prison inmates inside of the facility. Services that are provided to the population through the internship are educational, and are centered on topics such as law and policy, restorative justice, mass incarceration, and a variety of other social justice topics.
