Project Abstract
The topic of BMI (Body-Mass Index) is not often studied, as it is a subjective, often changing and therefore controversial.. The topic of self-control can be interpreted as less concrete, however the capacity for self-control scale has been validated. In an increasingly overweight and obese country, we strive to more greatly understand and impact community health. BMI is currently the most popular measure we have to do that. Measuring if Self-control can impact BMI can tell us if the practice of Self-Control can be a key to ending obesity.
