Project Abstract
With the current generation career trend to bounce between jobs more easily and commonly, we wanted to assess how length of employment and hours spent working per week impacted engagement or employee investment to and within their work, and the emotional exhaustion as an outcome of the work. We found no statistically significant relationships but the analysis provided a greater insight into future directions for research.
