Volume 18, Number 1 (2015)

Volume 18, Number 1, features a theme of mestizaje and gastronomy, to explore the origins of agricultural products native to the Americas, diet consumption and medicinal practices; studies undertaken in the colonial and contemporary eras, popularized and colonial practices; political economies around food; and the cultural influences and fusion of products in contemporary cuisine. Includes creative work on the topic of food.
