Abstract
Assists attorneys to identify the ambiguities inherent in the law of negotiable instruments. Clarifies, through discussion of applicable cases, the ways in which courts resolve these ambiguities. Revised UCC Articles 3 and 4 clarified many ambiguities but also raise a host of new questions.
