Abelly’s biography omitted one chapter in volume 1, now called 31 bis. It is reproduced here from the Pémartin edition of Abelly, 1891, using Pémartin’s pagination. The chapter was omitted probably through an oversight. It was first published by Abbé Faillon in Vie de M. Olier, fondateur du Séminaire de S. Sulpice, Paris, 1841, vol. 1, p. XLIX, and vol. 2, pp. 539ff., from which this document is taken.
