- Led the redevelopment of the DePaul University Library’s Undergraduate Learning Goals for Information Literacy.
- Led DePaul’s “Assessment in Action: Academic Libraries and Student Success” action research project with colleagues in Chicago Quarter on the Library’s role in first year student success.
- Co-edited Not Just Where to Click: Teaching Students How to Think about Information, an award-winning collection of essays published the Association of College and Research Libraries.
