Abstract
The IP Section of the AALS held its first workshop in March, 1999. Having been asked to speak about the state of the IP curriculum at law schools across the country, I developed a questionnaire for law teachers and one for practicing attorneys. This Article discusses the results of both questionnaires and provides some suggestions for major curricular reform in IP.
