About This Journal

The DePaul Journal of Art, Technology & Intellectual Property Law (JATIP), formerly known as the DePaul Journal of Art & Entertainment Law, is a student-edited national law journal established by the DePaul University College of Law in 1991. Published biannually, JATIP reviews developing legal and policy issues in the fields of art, technology and intellectual property law through student-written notes, comments, and legislative updates. Additionally, the editors welcome unsolicited submissions of manuscripts written by legal professionals on topics relevant to JATIP’s areas of interest.

Subscriptions

DePaul Journal of Art, Technology & Intellectual Property Law is published biannually by DePaul University College of Law. Subscriptions are $40.00 per year; single issues cost $20.00 per copy. Subscriptions are accepted only on a per volume basis, are payable in advance, and will be renewed automatically unless notification to the contrary is received in writing.
