Abstract
This thesis reviews the role of the 2004 presidential elections held in Ukraine and the Orange Revolution that followed. The Orange Revolution is reviewed in the context of being a post-socialist urban political movement. Oral histories of personal accounts were collected to aid in furthering the knowledge and information already published on this topic. The oral histories add the perspective from participants to understand how these movements affect the people involved.
