Abstract
Families are increasingly burdened by financial strain due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and many are concerned with how they can afford a private university education. In response to that, this fall, DePaul University established the new State Scholar Plus University Scholarship Program. Dr. A. Gabriel Esteban, president of DePaul University, talks to DePaul Download about the new program, who’s eligible, and how it aligns with DePaul’s Vincentian mission and purpose.
