DePaul's new Associate Provost for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Cynthia Pickett talks about the challenges and opportunities the university and other institutions have for creating a more diverse and equitable workforce, including examining criteria for tenure and helping students to feel comfortable by having a teaching staff that represents all students.
