Abstract
This issue of DePaul Magazine recounts the story of alumni Olympian Mabel “Dolly” Staton (EDU ’55) who competed at the 1952 Olympics in Helsinki. Also, learn how DePaul’s Institute for Housing Studies and others examine gentrification in Chicago, find out about DePaul students participating in The Cities Project to help children with the stress of living in urban poverty, and meet alumni who curate exhibitions at museums and galleries.
