Abstract
From reading both verbal and nonverbal cues to understanding the importance of time management, Van Lente (CMN '05) applies much of what he learned at DePaul's College of Communication to his work in the kitchen of Two Restaurant and Bar with fellow alumnus Chef de Cuisine Kevin Cuddihee (LAS ’04).
