Dear Colleagues,
We are excited to welcome you to the Sixth Annual Academic High Altitude Conference from June 24-26, 2015 at DePaul University in Chicago. This conference brings together over 60 high-altitude ballooning educators, researchers and students from academia and industry to spend three intense days discussing their work and learning about the latest research, technologies, and educational methods in high-altitude ballooning. Keynote speakers include Giles Novak (Balloon-borne Large-Aperture Submillimeter Telescope), Andrew Shepherd (Sinclair Community College), and Dan Bowen (Google/Project Loon). The conference also features 17 oral and nine poster presentations and a pre-conference workshop hosted by NearSpace Launch.
