Collaborates to develop controlled vocabulary for navigation and searching the Explore Chicago Collections portal, enhancing discovery of rich historic and cultural primary sources and archival collections shared by a consortium of libraries, museums, and other institutions in and about Chicago.
Member of the I-Share Next Task Force responsible selecting the next-generation library services platform that will manage the shared resources of the 80+ member libraries of the Consortium of Academic Research Libraries in Illinois (CARLI), leading Illinois into the future of resource sharing and access to content from around the globe.
Oversees metadata creation and transformation and configuration of discovery, knowledgebase, and link resolver systems to optimize the discovery of and access to physical and digital library resources.
