Abstract
Alyssa Westring, associate professor of management at DePaul, researches work-life balance. She has published a new book, "Parents Who Lead" that gives advice to parents who want to achieve career success while having an active, fulfilling personal life. This article discusses how she chose this path of research and provides some practical advice for working parents.
